Strawberry Dumplings

These strawberry muffins are served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and are perfect for spring and summer. Crescent rolls stuffed with strawberry and baked with butter and brown sugar sauce. It’s the perfect balance between soft and crunchy!

When I made my first apple pies last year, not only did it become a staple in our house, it’s also one of the most popular recipes on my blog. Quickly, they had a competition – the perfect peach pancakes! And no matter what fruit you use, you simply have to love the dumplings! Crescent rolls are baked in a sauce made with lots of butter and brown sugar seasoned with vanilla and cinnamon, and you really get a delicious, delicious texture. The downside of the roll stays soft and juicy and the top becomes crunchy and irresistible.
* Ingredients :
° 1 (8 ounce) box of crescent rolls
° 1 stick of butter
° 3/4 cup brown sugar
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 1 teaspoon cinnamon
° 1 teaspoon lemon juice
° 1/2 cup lemon soda
° 2/3 cup strawberries, cut into cubes
* Instructions :
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit; Butter 8″ x 8″ baking dish and set aside.
Roll the strawberry cubes into a crescent roll and place in a buttered dish.
Melt butter, add brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and vanilla, remove from heat and pour over dumplings.
CAst soda in center & along edges of pan (not on rolls)
Baking for 30-35 min .
